Furboom! – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the Furboom! app (Toprak Studio) collects, uses and protects your personal data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

You do not need to create an account or sign in to play Furboom!. On first launch, the app creates an anonymous Player ID for you. If you wish, you can sign in with your Google account in Settings to back up your progress to the cloud and restore it on another device; this is entirely optional. The app may collect the following information:

• In-game username: A display name you choose yourself, which does not need to be linked to your real identity (used for the leaderboard).
• Account information: Anonymous Player ID; if you signed in with Google, the user identifier linked to your Google account (your password is never seen by the app).
• Game data: Information such as score, level, progress and preferences; some of it is stored only on your device, and some (e.g. your score for the leaderboard and, if you signed in with Google, your cloud backup: progress, gold, unlocked skins and galleries) is stored on the server.
• Device and advertising identifiers: The anonymous Advertising ID and similar device information, for showing and measuring ads.
• Usage and diagnostic data: In-app events, session length, device/operating system information and crash reports.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used to:

• Provide features such as the leaderboard
• Back up and restore your progress with optional Google sign-in
• Show and measure in-app ads
• Monitor app performance and detect and fix errors
• Improve the app experience and content

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services to provide its features. These services are subject to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: For showing in-app ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore): For the player account and Google sign-in, and for storing leaderboard and cloud backup data. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
• Google Play Services / Google Play Billing: In-app purchases are processed through Google Play; payment card details are never seen or stored by the app.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties other than the service providers listed above, unless required by law.

5. Children's Privacy

Furboom! is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from this age group. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address below; such data will be deleted once identified.

6. Data Security and Retention

Your data is stored on service provider servers (Google Firebase infrastructure) protected by industry-standard security measures. Progress data kept on your device is deleted from your device when you uninstall the app.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Furboom! (developer: Toprak Studio) account and associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

1. Open Furboom! and go to Settings.
2. Tap the Player ID row to copy your ID.
3. Send an email with the subject "Furboom! account deletion" to toprakstudioapp@gmail.com and include your Player ID.
4. You will be notified by email once your request is received; deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted:

• Your player account (Player ID) and, if any, the Google account link
• Your in-game username, scores and leaderboard entries
• Your cloud backup: progress, level, FurGold balance, unlocked skins and galleries, preferences

Data that is retained and retention periods:

• Purchase records: Kept by Google Play under Google's own policies and legal obligations; we cannot delete these records.
• Advertising and diagnostic data: Collected by Google AdMob and not linked to your account; kept under Google's own privacy policy and retention periods.
• Data on your device: Deleted from your device when you uninstall the app.

Account deletion cannot be undone; purchased content and progress cannot be restored.

To delete some of your data without deleting your account:

If you only want your leaderboard name and scores, or only your cloud backup, to be deleted, send an email with the subject "Furboom! data deletion" and your Player ID to the same address, stating which data you want deleted. The request will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.

8. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by publishing them on this page.
